Perfect Italiano has established a strong reputation in the Australian foodservice market for its specialised range of cheeses designed to bring authentic Italian flavour to your menu items.
Now that range is being expanded with the addition of an exciting new premium product developed especially for Australia’s pizzamaking professionals.
Perfect Italiano Ultra is a new mozzarella blend developed in response to changing end-user needs.
“Our own research and feedback from our customers has shown there is a need for a cheese that will perform consistently at higher heat levels,” explains Perfect Italiano State Sales Activation Manager Mark Williams. “We’ve listened and new Perfect Italiano Ultra is the result.”
Perfect Italiano Ultra can handle the heat of even the hottest ovens in busy foodservice kitchens and will still deliver minimal oil-off, even melt and consistent browning and blistering.
“It’s an all-oven, all-temperature, high melt pizza cheese that colours to a golden brown, with great taste and stretch to match,” Mark Williams says.
“The industry has asked for it and we’ve tested it exhaustively to make sure it works in all ovens — from deck to wood-fired and everything in between.
“We’ve listened, we’ve learnt and now we’re providing the next solution to meet the challenging demands of the ever-changing foodservice industry.”
Perfect Italiano is now available to the foodservice market in 6kg Shred and will also be available in 10kg Block format from the end of October.
